Day 1: Arrival in Aswan – Southern Marvels
Upon arrival in Aswan, you will be greeted by a representative and transferred in a private air-conditioned vehicle to board the Mayfair Nile Cruise. Check-in is available before noon. After settling into your cabin, enjoy lunch on board before beginning your exploration of Aswan. Visit the impressive High Dam, a modern engineering achievement that tamed the Nile’s floods, then take a motorboat to the enchanting Philae Temple dedicated to the goddess Isis. Conclude the day at the Unfinished Obelisk, an immense monument left incomplete in the granite quarries, offering insight into ancient craftsmanship.
